The May 2025 "Where Are They Taking Us?" Quiz by Fran Joyce

Musical lyrics have the power to transport the listener anywhere. This month in honor of Mystery Month, I’ve selected locations that are song titles to give you the opportunity to play “musical” detective.

After searching multiples decades and musical genres, twenty-five songs made my list.

Can you match these location titles to the artist or band and a sample of the lyrics in that song? Each clue is a lyric from the song. It’s okay to sing along if it helps you figure out the title.

I hope some of these songs bring back happy memories and inspire you to go on your own musical mystery tour.
