Especially in the United States, thoughts turn toward home in November as many families get together to celebrate Veteran’s Day or Thanksgiving, and prepare for Hannukah, Christmas, Kwanza, and New Year’s Eve in December. Coming home can be joyous, but it can also be difficult.
As you’re completing this quiz, think about what home means to you. Is it a hug, a smell like coffee brewing in the morning or cookies coming out of the oven? Is it seeing your friends and your old hangouts or perhaps it’s a reminder of a tragedy or a lost love? In honor of home, we designed a quiz featuring songs, books, and movies with the word, “home.” In their titles. Not every song, book, or movie will be specifically about the holidays. Match the title with the description given. One title appears twice. Good luck!
If you are unfamiliar with any of these titles, they are all worth a listen, watch, or read.
