To paraphrase a Santana/Rob Thomas song, “Man, it’s a hot one.” July rolled in with heat from June like we don’t normally see in Pennsylvania until late summer.
This month we’re celebrating Canada Day and the 4th of July. Many other countries are also celebrating their independence days, Constitution, and flag days. It must be something about the heat that inspires independence.
July is a great month for cook outs, water gun fights, and pool parties whether it’s a kiddy pool to dip your toes in or the community pool, people just want to cool down and eat some great food,
While we’re cooling off, we mustn’t for get our pets and the other animals we share this planet with. If we’re hot and thirsty, so are they. Be careful when camping or cooking out to make sure you properly extinguish all fires and leave your campsite or party area clean and safe for our furry forest friends.
Enjoy July and enjoy our selection of July photos!
