February began with cold and snowy weather for much of the United States. We hunkered down and shoveled hard still trying to rebound from our late January “Snowmageddon.” Neighbors helped neighbors.
The groundhog didn’t see his shadow, and we resigned ourselves to six more weeks of winter.
February is Black History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements of African Americans. Traditional history books often glossed over these contributions. This month is our opportunity to right that wrong.
Love is in the air with hearts, flowers, and valentines. Maybe a few chocolates, too.
It’s time to build snowmen, make snow angels, and enjoy a few winter sports. It’s Super Bowl time. Did your team make the big game?
Eat great food, hug the ones you love and spread a little love for humanity this month. It’s desperately needed. Please enjoy February 2026 in Pictures!
